If, after giving your dog a fair opportunity to enjoy LapsUp, they still prefer plain water, we'll refund your purchase.
Helping Your Dog Discover LapsUp
Most dogs take to LapsUp right away. Like any new food or drink, some dogs simply need a little introduction.
For the best experience, we recommend:
Offer LapsUp when your dog is naturally thirsty, such as after a walk, playtime, or another activity.
Follow the feeding directions on the package, including introducing LapsUp gradually if it's your dog's first time.
Give your dog a few opportunities to become familiar with the taste before deciding it's not for them.
Still Not a Fan?
If your dog still prefers plain water after giving LapsUp a fair try, email hello@lapsup.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
Once your request is approved, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Rather than throwing away any remaining LapsUp, we encourage you to share it with another pet parent or donate it to a local animal shelter or rescue so another dog can enjoy it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
