If, after following our introduction guidelines and giving your dog several opportunities to enjoy LapsUp, they still prefer plain water, we'll gladly refund your qualifying first purchase.

Helping Your Dog Discover LapsUp

Every dog is different. Many enjoy LapsUp from their very first bowl, while others simply need a little time to become familiar with a new taste.

For the best experience, we recommend:

Offer LapsUp when your dog is naturally thirsty, such as after a walk, playtime, or another activity.

Follow the feeding directions on the package, including introducing LapsUp gradually if it's your dog's first time.

Offer LapsUp over several occasions before deciding it's not the right fit for your dog.

Still Not a Fan?

If your dog still prefers plain water after following the recommendations above, email hello@lapsup.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.

Once we've confirmed your order qualifies under the Lap-Worthy Guarantee, we'll refund the purchase price of the eligible products to your original payment method.

Rather than throwing away any remaining LapsUp, we encourage you to pass it along to another pet parent or donate it to a local animal shelter or rescue so another dog can enjoy it.

The following items are not eligible:
Single-Serve Sticks, 2-Stick Sample Packs, and Gift Cards

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Lap-Worthy Guarantee.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@lapsup.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
