Lap-Worthy Guarantee

We want your pup to love LapsUp. If they don't, you're covered by our Lap-Worthy Guarantee.

How it works
If your pup doesn't love LapsUp, we ask that you pass the remaining drink sticks to a fellow pet parent or donate it to a local shelter or rescue.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@lapsup.com with your order number, and we'll help you find a better fit and make it right with a replacement or a refund (case-by-case).

Damages and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Exceptions
Samples, Starter Packs and gift cards are not eligible for the Lap-Worthy Guarantee.

Refund timing (if approved)
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@lapsup.com.
